Former Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) president Amit Patkar has taken a swipe at the BJP over its new party office, alleging that the saffron party's office was built using money earned through corruption.
Patkar said the Congress office was ready, with only the payment-related formalities remaining.
Taking a dig at the BJP, Patkar claimed that had the Congress indulged in corruption, its party office would have been completed long ago.
