The Viresh Borkar-led faction of the Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) has inaugurated its new office, with Borkar stating that the party has no connection with its previous office.
The RGP MLA also announced the return of the party’s old logo used during the 2022 Assembly elections.
Following the 2022 elections, the party had changed its logo to a blue-and-red colour scheme. The decision to revive the earlier logo marks a return to the party’s previous visual identity.
Borkar said the new office will serve as the party’s base as it moves ahead with its political activities in Goa.
The development comes as political parties in the state gear up for the 2027 Goa Assembly elections, with alliances and organisational preparations gaining momentum.
