Construction of the proposed footbridge along the National Highway at Fulancho Khuris, Bambolim, is progressing at a slow pace, with the project deadline already having passed and the work still incomplete.
Goa Can chairman Roland Martins has raised concerns over the delay, alleging that there is inadequate supervision of the project.
Martins claimed that the Public Works Department (PWD) has failed to properly monitor the contractor, raising questions over the pace of work and project oversight.
