The accused allegedly also abused and threatened the couple and their son. • When questioned about the opposition to the Anti-Conversion Bill, CM Sawant said 'Let the Bill be introduced in the Assembly first. The Cabinet has approved it. Let us discuss it in the Assembly'. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that no Goan has been reported missing or stranded in Nepal, even as efforts are underway to assist Indians who remain stranded amid the ongoing situation there.
Describing the situation in Nepal as unfortunate, Sawant said the Central Government is making efforts to provide assistance to Indians affected by the developments and facilitate their return.
Meanwhile, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev has said that 77 followers of the Isha Foundation are missing.
According to the information shared by Sadhguru, one group is reportedly stranded in Tibet and includes a Goan woman.
