Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has warned Panchayat Secretaries of suspension if they obstruct or unnecessarily delay the processing of certificates required under the ‘Mhaje Ghar’ scheme.

Sawant issued the warning during the ‘Sarkar Tumchya Dari’ programme held at Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Government College of Arts and Commerce in Pernem, where he heard public grievances in the presence of Mandrem MLA Jit Arolkar, Pernem MLA Pravin Arlekar and officials from various government departments.

The Chief Minister made it clear that Panchayat Secretaries would face action if they created hurdles in the process, even after the required certificate had been issued by the Deputy Collector’s office.
