Mapusa Additional Sessions Court has granted conditional bail to Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra in connection with the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub fire case, in which 25 people lost their lives.

Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court at Goa has recorded the Luthra brothers’ offer to pay ₹15 lakh each to the families of the 25 victims. The court has asked the families to state their position on the proposed compensation and adjourned the matter to October 12. out at various locations, including Panaji and Ponda.
