Goa Medical College's (GMC) Super Speciality Block has discontinued the issuance of on-the-spot OPD tokens, making online appointment booking the primary mode for outpatient registrations.

According to a circular issued on July 18, patients seeking consultation at the Super Speciality Block will no longer be able to generate OPD tokens directly at the registration desk. Instead, they have been advised to book their appointments online before visiting the hospital.

The circular further states that walk-in patients who have not registered online will be required to report to the designated offline registration counter. This procedure will also apply to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), wherever applicable.

Hospital authorities have urged patients to make use of the online appointment system to ensure a smoother registration process and reduce waiting time at the hospital.
