The Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) has announced the newly constituted District Executive Committees for North Goa, South Goa and Kushavati, with the appointments taking effect immediately.

The organisational reshuffle was announced through a notification issued on September 12, 2026, and jointly signed by RGP State President Shavina S. Naik Shirodkar and General Secretary Melvin D'Silva. The party said the new committees will focus on strengthening its grassroots organisation and managing party activities across the three districts.

In North Goa, Michael Queiroz has been appointed District President, with Rohan Mohan Naik as Vice President. Shivdas Naik will serve as General Secretary, while Neeraj Dhamaskar has been appointed Secretary. Tushar Gawas and Ganpat Gaonker will serve as Additional Secretaries, with Benny Anes as Treasurer. Dinanath Govekar, Rudraksh Haldankar, Nitesh Naik and Kalpesh Gaonkar have been appointed as Executive Members.

For the Kushavati district, Vishal Desai has been appointed President, with Alwin Fernandes as Vice President. Gilbert Fernandes will serve as General Secretary and Gaurang Kamat as Secretary. Neelam Malvankar and Sanjan Naik have been appointed Additional Secretaries, while Gauresh Gaonkar will serve as Treasurer. Sahil Paiginkar, Chandan Komarpant, Conny Menezes and Pritesh Bonaikar are the Executive Members.

In South Goa, Dagley Fernandes has been appointed District President, with Fabio Fernandes as Vice President. Gauresh Borkar will serve as General Secretary and Franky Rogtao as Secretary. Yogesh Naik and Agnelo D’Cruz have been appointed Additional Secretaries, while Sibel Dias will serve as Treasurer. Anthony Roberts, Austrin D’Costa, Narendra Gaude and Dhanraj Naik have been named Executive Members.

Congratulating the newly appointed office-bearers, the RGP leadership said the committees will work towards serving the public, expanding the party’s organisational presence and strengthening its core values across their respective districts.
