Ajay Kholkar, a leader of the Manoj Parab faction of the Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP), has alleged that Viresh Borkar continues to use the party’s name and logo illegally despite being removed from the party.
Kholkar said a legal notice would be sent to Borkar over the alleged unauthorised use of the party’s name and logo.
Claiming that his committee is registered with the Election Commission of India (ECI), Kholkar said all communications from the ECI are routed to their committee through the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
