The accused allegedly concealed the prior mortgage and used the same title documents to secure the loan, causing a purported loss of Rs 75 lakh to the bank. • A special mutation camp held on October 17, 2026, on the directions of the South Goa Collector, disposed of 210 pending cases — 130 in Salcete, 47 in Mormugao and 33 in Ponda. The next special camp is scheduled for October 24 to expedite pending cases and ensure timely public services. •
