Under the 'Sarkar Tumchya Dari' (Government at Your Doorstep) initiative, public outreach programs were organized in Calangute and Curchorem to directly address citizen grievances. At the Calangute outreach event, Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte listened to local concerns and assured prompt resolution. Local residents raised several pressing issues, including challenges related to tourism management, waste disposal, parking infrastructure, illegal touting, and the operation of unauthorized dance bars in the area.

Simultaneously, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant presided over the grievance redressal program in Curchorem, hearing public issues directly from the community. The initiative aims to streamline public administration by bringing government services and key decision makers closer to the people.
