The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has stepped up preparations for the upcoming Goa Assembly elections, announcing a booth strengthening campaign from October 27 to November 5.

The decision was taken at a meeting held on Friday evening, where party leaders discussed preparations to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level ahead of the elections.

The meeting was attended by BJP leaders and Goa in-charge Shiv Prakash, co-in-charge Bharati Pawar, state BJP president Damodar Naik, and Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.

The booth strengthening campaign is aimed at reinforcing the party's booth-level organisation as it prepares for the electoral battle in Goa.
