During the hearing on the anticipatory bail application filed by Rupali Ajit Shankhwalkar before the North Goa Additional Sessions Court, Panaji police has submitted that Rupali appeared before the Investigation Officer and cooperated with the investigation pursuant to a notice issued under Section 35 of the BNSS. The Court adjourned the hearing on Rupali’s anticipatory bail plea to Tuesday.
