The court stressed that religious celebrations must not come at the cost of public health or environmental degradation. • One connection around the Porvorim Elevated Corridor has been reopened by the government as part of efforts to ease congestion and improve connectivity between Porvorim and Panaji. As per the SP Traffic advisory, motorists except two-wheelers travelling from Merces towards Porvorim/Calangute can use the Atal Setu from the Merces side with effect from today. They must exit near Hotel Neo Majestic, Porvorim, before the entry point of the Porvorim Elevated Corridor.
