A bomb threat email claiming that an explosive device had been planted at the Goa High Court triggered a security alert, prompting the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) and Fire Department to rush to the premises.
Following the threat, authorities launched a thorough search operation at the High Court. However, nothing suspicious was found during the search.
Meanwhile, the Margao District Court also received a bomb threat, triggering a similar security response. Authorities conducted a search of the premises but found nothing suspicious.
Both threats turned out to be hoaxes, with no suspicious objects recovered from either court premises.
