Air India Express has filed changes to its Winter 2026 schedule from Bengaluru and Mumbai, with the airline planning to increase its capacity on routes serving Goa’s Dabolim Airport, while reducing some operations at Mopa.
From Bengaluru, Goa capacity is set to increase from three to four daily flights, with the additional capacity focused on Dabolim Airport.
At Mumbai, Air India Express plans to increase Goa-Dabolim services from two to three daily flights. At the same time, Goa-Mopa services will be reduced by one daily flight.
The changes indicate a greater concentration of Air India Express’ Goa capacity at Dabolim for the upcoming winter season.
The Bengaluru schedule will see several other changes, including the launch of new routes to Coimbatore, with two daily flights, and Madurai, with one daily flight.
Flights to Kolkata and Ranchi will also increase from three to four daily services each. Hyderabad will retain six daily flights, while Chennai and Pune will continue with five and four daily flights respectively.
The airline is also planning a consolidation of its Kerala operations at Kochi, with Kochi increasing to around 4.5 daily flights, alongside reductions at Kozhikode and Kannur.
At Mumbai, besides the Goa changes, Air India Express has filed a new Mumbai-Kuwait route operating three times weekly and a new Mumbai-Nagpur route operating daily. Jaipur services will also increase from two to three daily flights.
Overall, Air India Express is expected to operate around 78 daily departures from Bengaluru during the Winter 2026 season.
The schedules remain subject to change and are likely to evolve closer to the winter season.
